How to blind scan QSat decoder for new channels.

I have received numerous of email from friends and visitors of Century Sat asking me to enlight them on how to rescan free to air receiver. Today, I have decided to explain briefly on how to blind scan QSat free to air receiver. Firstly, you need to switch on your Qsat decoder. After that, pick up your Qsat remote control and click on MENU. When you do that, Installation will display and under it, you will see Antenna setting, Satellite List, Transponder List etc. Then click OK on your remote control. When You do that, "PASSWORD" will display, then input "0000" from your remote control. After that, click on "SATELLITE "and words such as "LNB TYPE," "LNB FREQUENCY," "TRANSPONDER" etc will display. On your remote control, press the green button, when you do that, some words such as "POLARISATION," "NETWORK SEARCH," "CHANNEL TYPE," "SCAN TYPE "will display. Then, adjust the "NETWORK SEARCH" from "OFF "to "ON". After that, adjust the channel type to "ALL "or to "FREE"  (To "ALL" will scan all channels including scrambled and free channels). After that, adjust "SCAN TYPE "to "BLINDSCAN" and press OK on you remote control. Then wait patiently for scan to complete. When scan complete, you will see "SAVE "on your TV screen, then click on SAVE to save your channels. Try it and you will get it fast.
