A Christian TV channel, ICE TV has resumed transmission on Astra 2f @ 28.2 degree East, Africa beam with frequency 12525 V 27052. The beam of this channel covers Sub sahara Africa and some parts of Africa not Europe or America. Just rescan your reciever to watch the channel.
For those who are sending Whatsapp messages and email asking for biss key to open some channels which they classified as scrambled on Multi TV position. To me those channels are not really scrambled because, this is not the first time, such case like this happen. Some of those channels will come back soon because this ICE TV was among those scramble channels, it was not called ICE TV then. It happen to channel 5 in the past and it came back with a new name ( Care TV). It happen to Zee TV before and it came back. For your information TV Africa is not scrambled, rather it stop transmission for now, for reasons well know to them. For my own assessment, I think those channels are the channels that yet to pay there dues to the satellite that host them or it might be due to technical problem. This is my opinion. It might be correct or wrong. If you look at it closely, you will observe that some promotional channels which are not even functioning ( SES) are even scrambled. Those channels will come back free, thank you.
