In the same way, Centra Asia TV has resumed transmition on Hotbird 13B @ 13 degree East with frequency 11565 H 27500. On the other hand, Some Qsat decoders are not working with TV3. That means, even though you input the biss key, it will refuse to work. The problem started after Multi Tv just completed its upgrade. The solution is that, just take your Qsat decoder to where decoders are sold and ask them to upgrade it to the lastest Qsat softwares. When you do that, inpute the biss key again, it will work. I advice you to avoid upgrading your decoder yourself, if you are too good in that aspect. Thank you.
