  Two television channels have resumed transmission on Abs 3A @ 3 degree west Ku band, middle East/North Africa beam with frequency 12619 H 2100. The channels are on the same position with Continental decoder. If you using 60cm or 90cm dish, you might not get it after blindscan simply because, the beam is Middle East/North Africa.
