UBC Uganda, ZNBC1, ZNBC 2, TiVi5 Monde scrambled on Startimes position.

  Some channels have been scrambled on Startimes position on SES 5 @ 5 degree East Ku band. This means that the affected channels will no more be accessible on external decoders. The channels include:
1. Vox Africa
2. ZNBC 1
3. NBC 2
4. UBC
      France 24 has been unscrambled ( open ) on CONSAT TV package on Eutelsat 16 @ 16 degree East Ku band.
