  Eight television channels which were initially scrambled have been unscrambled ( opened) on Eutelsat 16A @ 16 degree East Ku band, sub sahara Africa beam with frequency 10976 H 24102. The channels include:
1. ORTM Mali
2. RTS Senegal
3. RTB
4. Canal 3 Fongbe
5. Sunna TV
6. Sunna Makaranta
7. Evangellique TV
8. Alleluia world TV
   Meanwhile, some classic pay TV channels owned by CONSAT TV are still free on Eutelsat 16A @ 16 degree East, Ku band with frequency 12562 H 30000. The channels are:
1. Fox Sports 1
2. Fox Sports 2
3. Africa Movie channel
4. AMC series
5. Fix Foci
6. Boing
