ACTV 1 Test ( a movie channel) is now temporary free on Eutelsat 16 degree.

   A new entertainment channel owned by Africa Cable TV is currently broadcasting on Eutelsat 16 degree east. The channel is temporarily free to air. Frequency: 11967 V 30008.
