Meanwhile, Nigeria base pay TV , Africa cable TV ( ACTV) has suspended its operation temporarily. This was confirmed after I sent email to them and the company replied my mail explaining to me the reasons why it decided to suspend operation for now till further notice. According to mail sent to me by the company, it said the company has been experiencing difficulty after the sudden collapsed of Amos 5 @ 17 degree East Ku band which was hosting the company's channels then. In other to pleased its customers, the company immediately migrate to Eutelsat 16 @ 16 degree East Ku band, so that their subscribers don't need to change the position of their dish. According to them, the company has been experiencing technical problem since then. The company promised to come back big and better. Read the original statement :
