  Fashion TV is currently free on Eutelsat 9B @ 9 degree East Ku band with frequency 11919 V 27500. In the same way, Russia State-run television, Rossiya HD is currently free on Abs 2 @ 75 degree East Ku band, Russia beam with frequency 11973 V 45000.
  Finally, Ucab TV and Sikka TV are free on SES 5 @ 5 degree East C band with frequency 3924 L 19000.
