  One of Nigeria 36 State-run broadcasting service owned by Cross Rivers State (CRBC TV) have resumed transmission on Multi TV position, Astra 2f @ 28.2 degree East Ku band Africa beam with frequency 11675 H 30000. If your dish is facing this position, simply run a blindscan on your receiver.
