Viasat Explore, K3 TV, HRT4 TV are free on Eutelsat 16 @ 16 degree East.

  Three television channels are free on Eutelsat 16A @ 16 degree East Ku band Europe beam with frequency 11555 V 30000, 10720 H 27500. The channels include the following:
* Viasat Explore
* K3 TV
* HRT4 TV
        A new Islamic television channel named Al-Afayda TV have resumed transmission on Eutelsat 16A @ 16 degree East Ku band Africa beam with frequency 10977 H 24111.
